- Guests will be requested to present their “low-risk” status on the MySejahtera app, as well as their digital vaccination certificate confirming their fully vaccinated status (a minimum of 14 days have passed after their second vaccine dose or 28 days in the case of single-dose vaccines).
- Please be informed that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents following government guidance.
- All hotel facilities will be open based on SOPs and guidelines. If you require any further information, please feel free to call us.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
- Vouchers are restricted for Malaysian and permanent residents only.
- Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability and close-out dates.
- Not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.

- Per room is limited to 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years old).
- The management reserves the right to refuse any guests without a vaccination digital certificate or fail to comply to any SOPs and the hotel’s rules.
